Heath serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Very and is passionate about leading cross-functional engineering teams that bring simple solutions to complex problems. He will guide the overall team and the strategy of engineering teams at Very to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Before joining Very, Heath was leading Product Development at SimpliSafe. He helped scale the engineering organization by 10x and led in launching several new products including a family of battery cameras. Before SimpliSafe, Heath grew up as an engineer doing embedded firmware for capacitive touch screens during the smartphone boom, early IoT device development, and chip design and testing at Cypress Semiconductor and Microchip Technology.
