While working in many fields related to the development of new technologies, Kamil learned to look at the issues related to the law regarding such solutions from a non-standard perspective.

PhD student at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Specialist in the field of extraction of extraterrestrial raw materials ("space mining") and production in space using extraterrestrial conditions. Member of the Polish Transhumanist Association, the Polish Science Fiction Foundation, the "Science Advocates" Association and the Space Generation Advisory Council. The subject of his research is the legal aspects of extraction, processing and industrial use of raw materials and conditions occurring on celestial bodies, as well as patent aspects of synthetic and xenobiological organisms and self-disclosing technologies through having the ability to self-replicate. In 2016-2019, he served as an observer at the Hague Working Group on the International Regulation of the Use of Space Resources. In 2013-2014 he completed an internship at the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies at Trinity College, and in July 2015 he participated in the Copernicus Space Science Laboratory in Bercel, Hungary.
