After nearly (15) years in energy efficiency performance contracting, Richard became aware of the valuable information that could be obtained from drones and remote sensing.

After obtaining an FAA 107 certification for commercial drone operations and completing workshops focused on collecting energy and infrastructure data using drones, Richard is the Senior Project Development Manager and UAS Specialist for all of the MassDOT Drone Programs' projects.

Now, Richard is sharing his insights and experience to help grow the use of drones in the energy and infrastructure verticals. Promoting the tools and processes that can help all of us improve efficiency and effectiveness.
