Once you have completed form you will be directed to a scheduling calendar to schedule a meeting with our Sales & Production Director. This meeting should run 15-20 min where he will go over process, establish timelines, expectations on deliverables & best practices. It is suggested that. you also have other  relevant personnel on call as well (sales manager, web developer/designer,, featured speakers, etc.

Shortly after the onboarding meeting you will receive a timeline on key milestones related to your project which will contain a section titled "Assets review" which will contain links to a shared folder for media, links to landing pages & forms as well as any pertinent materials included in your project as well as an estimated date of completion. We will email you when assets are ready for review. Once your team has had chance to review each item please provide us with any change requests or modifications prior to publishing to public.
