Bringing years of experience in 3D printing, Kristin Mulherin leads Nexa3D’s powder bed business with the launch of the QLS 820 production SLS system. She is also the President of non-profit Women in 3D Printing. Prior to this, she was the Founder of AM-Cubed, a consultancy dedicated to the commercialization of 3D printing and additive manufacturing and held go-to-market leadership roles at HP, Dyndrite, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and LPW Carpenter Additive. She began her career as an engineer at Northrop Grumman. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).

Ryan is an innovation expert with 15 years of experience bringing ground-breaking services to the market. His education and work experience spanning many countries and cultures brings Ryan uncommon approaches to strategy development.
During Ryan’s nine-year tenure at Ricoh, he’s been on a mission to reach into Ricoh’s extensive advanced manufacturing heritage to find unique solutions that solve customers’ problems. Primarily focused on direct digital manufacturing, and an ardent proponent of the societal good that can come from additive manufacturing, Ryan’s entrepreneurial drive and customer focus brings concepts to commercialization for Ricoh.

Tim Ruffner is a seasoned 3d printing and manufacturing professional with almost 15 years of experience in metal and polymer 3d printing and 5 years in traditional manufacturing. Working for companies such as GPI Prototype (bought by Fathom NYSE FTHM), Concept Laser (bought by GE), Desktop Metal (NYSE DM) and now BigRep. Tim doesn't just have 3d printing experience, his knowledge is across all manufacturing platforms as well, including; CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Die Casting and many other traditional methods while working for GPI, Star Prototype and Rapid Axis. You can find Tim speaking at many events as he has spoken at over 200 of them globally as well as his TikTok channel @timruffner.3dprint.

I am a recent masters of science graduate focused in improving the additive manufacturing (AM) field by developing certification methodologies. These certification methodologies are crucial to ensure the business case for AM can be made by providing cost savings through efficient quality assurance. I hope to continue my work in the aerospace and defense sector and use my understanding of processing-structure -property relationships as a Materials Scientist to tackle future engineering problems.

Joe Fullerton is designer of patient-specific anatomical models, surgical guides, and implants with 10 years of experience in both in production and development roles. He is an expert in anatomy and biosciences, the digital design workflow for patient-specific devices, and production of 3D-printed parts in a range of additive technologies. He got started in the industry after his education in medical illustration, having earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Visualization in 2012 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He joined the 3D Systems team when his office, Medical Modeling, was acquired by 3DS in 2014 to become the hub of its new healthcare business unit.

My name is Federico Duratorre, I am an Italian student in computer and automation engineering at "Università Politecnica delle Marche" and a full time worker as a programmer. For about 7 years I have been in the world of 3D printing, self taught on how to improve quality, learning new tecniques and keeping me constantly updated on any progress or new idea in the sector. I know different production processes, different technologies and materials, their characteristics and properties. I am constantly updated on the latest technologies and I actively contributing in the community, mentoring beginners and discussing future possibilities and opportunities of this manufacturing process.

Johannes Beekman has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing in the high-tech industry. Johannes has worked for 25 years in the semiconductor industry, where he worked for Philips, Infineon, and Sematech in various management positions in process development, engineering, operations, and sales and marketing. While working for Philips, he was an engineering manager in 2 wafer fab startups. And while at Sematech, he managed various international technical symposia. He has built 3 successful digital marketing companies in the past 8 years. His focus is marketing integration, marketing technology, SEO, and inbound and outbound marketing. And he has developed a content creation system that uses the AIDA model to develop content for every stage of the sales funnel. Johannes has experience working with companies in manufacturing, the high-tech industry, process industry, IT, healthcare, and legal industry, and he has published on several trade-focused websites.

Tiffani Neilson has extensive marketing, branding, and PR experience, as well as deep knowledge about IoT, LPWA, and many other technologies. Tiffani’s passion for delivering excellence is second to none and evident in her skillful ability to transition projects from strategy to seamless execution. Highly skilled in forming partnerships and developing strategic relationships, Tiffani aligns marketing initiatives with business goals to generate interest, demand, and recognition for businesses and their products.
